1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy has been compiled in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.” This list is available at http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17. It defines the personal data processing procedure and measures to ensure the security of Davis’s (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) personal data.

1. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities

Operator – a government agency, a municipal agency, a legal entity or an individual, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with

10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
11. Dissemination of personal data is any action aimed at disclosure

3. The operator may process the following personal data

3. Phone numbers;
4. Year, month, date and place of birth;
5. The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).

4. Purposes of personal data processing
5. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to conclude, execute, and terminate civil contracts; to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.

9. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation.
10. If any inaccuracies are discovered in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address davis@davis-footwear.com with the subject “Updating personal data”.
11. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The user may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
8. Before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is obliged

meeting the above requirements, can be carried out only if there is
