Return policy

Returns are possible within 14 days from the order’s date in receipt. If you decide to return the goods, please inform us in advance by email:

MAIN CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN:

Return shipping services are paid by the buyer
The presence of an invoice (located in the package with the goods)
The returned product must be in a salable condition. Please note that items that show signs of wear and tear cannot be returned.
A refund
We will transfer the money for the goods to you as soon as possible. To do this, all conditions for the return must be followed. It takes from 2-7 business days from the date in receipt of the goods

Refunds are made by bank transfer to your bank card.

Guarantee

Davis shoes are high quality shoes. We provide a 30 day warranty for each pair. The warranty period begins with the transfer of the goods to the buyer or the receipt of the goods by a courier service.

For seasonal shoes, the warranty period is calculated from the beginning of the season:

Winter: November 15 to March 15

Spring-autumn: from March 15 – May 15 and from September 15 – November 15

Summer: from May 15 to September 15

In case of interrupting  of seasonality during the exploitation of the goods, claims for quality are not accepted.
