Pre-order terms and conditions

We will process your order subject to the following conditions:
✔️A mandatory prepayment of 300 UAH (per pair)

• This amount will be deducted from the total order amount (i.e. the final cost of the shoes will be reduced by 300 UAH).
• If the buyer refuses to receive the order or does not come to the post office to pick it up, the prepayment will not be refunded. This is because this amount is spent on shipping the goods to both parties.

✔️The production time for shoes is 5-7 working days, and up to 10 working days during peak season.

Payment and delivery

Davis values each customer’s time, so we strive to make online shopping as simple and convenient as possible.

This is how we work.

Carriers: Nova Poshta. Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-3 days on average. We will deliver your order with the option of payment after inspection at the post office. If you are unsure about your choice, order two adjacent sizes or two models to choose from (if available in stock). Orders that include two items will be delivered in separate parcels. This allows you to choose and pay only for the items that suit you. We offer the opportunity to preview and try on the item.

If the item does not fit or for other reasons, you can refuse it during inspection at the branch, in which case delivery is free of charge. Delivery of goods is paid at the carrier’s rates when picking up the goods at the Nova Poshta branch. Please note that goods are stored at Nova Poshta for no more than 5 days. If you do not pick them up within the specified period, the goods are automatically returned to the sender.

Purchase

Orders placed before 16:00 on the current day are shipped on the same day (provided that the goods are available). Orders placed later are shipped on the next working day. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday.

Payment

You can pay for the goods when ordering, upon receipt, or through Monobank’s ‘Payment in instalments’ service. Choose a convenient payment method and save your time (orders less than 500 UAH are sent only after full prepayment):
1. Payment by bank card Visa or Mastercard.

2. Cash on delivery. Payment is made upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or to the courier when ordering address delivery. Payment is made after inspection and provided that you are satisfied with the goods.

3. Purchase in instalments from Monobank: our customers now have a unique opportunity to buy goods first and then pay for them in instalments.

To do this: Select the product and proceed to checkout. Then select the payment method ‘Payment by card on the website ’ and then ‘Purchase in instalments from Monobank’.

Warranty

Davis footwear is known for its high quality. We provide a 30-day warranty on every pair. The warranty period begins when the goods are transferred to the buyer or received by the courier service.
For seasonal footwear, the warranty period is calculated from the beginning of the season:
Winter: 15 November to 15 March
Spring-autumn: from 15 March to 15 May and from 15 September to 15 November
Summer: from 15 May to 15 September

In case of violation of seasonality during the use of the goods, claims regarding quality will not be accepted.
